October 30th-November 3rd

October 30th-November 3rd

November 1st, 2017

November is College Awareness Month.  Your teachers have some advice for you when thinking about your post-secondary options.

Miss Fawns attended  Bitterroot College and MSU-Bozeman.  Miss Fawns says, "My advice is to start looking and planning as a freshman. I didn't start till my senior year and that got to be very stressful. Plus look on your social media for groups like Blueprints for Student Success Montana which give out daily tips for what to except during college, advice from currant students in those settings is invaluable. When I was getting ready I went and interviewed some of my older friends who had gone to college or were still in college to see what I should bring, and except. Most importantly remember if you go to college don't forget to make sure you leave time for a social life. People sometimes forget that college isn't just about the academics but that it is also the experience and meeting new friends.
